Responsibilities of Quality Department
To determine the organization and responsibilities of quality management.
To ensure the Quality system compliance to ISO 9001:2008 / GB/T19001-2008 and Environmental Management System compliance to ISO 14001:2004 / GB/T24001-2004.
To plan, organize and coordinate internal audit on quality management system and environmental management system.
To implement corrective/preventive actions.
To define inspection plan, incoming material inspection, in process quality patrol and out-going product inspection.
To define quality management plan, implement product quality monitoring and preventive action and relevant reporting.
To organize the product quality inspection and monitoring, ensure no release of non-inspected or non conforming product, and be responsible for the accuracy of product inspection.
To organize the product verification test.
To evaluate the supplier quality performance and assist the supplier to improve the material quality.
To conduct periodical calibration of measuring and monitoring equipment to ensure the accuracy of measuring and monitoring equipment.
To organize and conduct the statistic and analysis of product quality, and be responsible for the accuracy of according reporting.
To organize the survey and handling of major quality issues and facilitate according corrective action of relevant departments.
To ensure adequate training to quality department staff and to enhance the required skill of quality department staff.
Engineering
R&D department is in charge of the development of new products & all series of products, and applicability test of home appliances & the design of complete sets of products, and the development & design of special products. We have long-term and rich experience of professional technology and outstanding technology level, which are composed of the senior engineers、MBA master and professionals of electromechanical.
R&D department have developed and designed all kinds of bimetal thermostat、electronic thermostat、many kinds of control thermostat、pressure thermostat、 thermostat plug、heating element and so on. Cooperating with many international and famous companies, we have developed and designed many kinds of special thermostat which are approved by UL、CUL、CSA、VDE、CQC and so on. We can offer the full set of service about design、certificate and production of thermostat.

Customer Services and Follow-Ups
Marketing Department implements a 24-hour full & fast preferential service to customers. AUONE marketing staff will be anywhere whenever in need to fulfill customer enquiry at once. If customers need to develop new products in which technical support on the thermostat is required, AUONE is also willing to co-ordinate and arrange professional technical personnel to clients, and to participate in the development of new products.
The process of handling customer complaints
Marketing department will transfer customer complaints to relevant departments for analyzing and handling, then summarizing the feedbacks from different departments. According to "Corrective and Preventive Action Management Processes" , under normal circumstances, customer complaints will be confirmed within one working day, advise the initial analyzing results to customers within three working days, a formal report will be submitted to the customer within 7 working days; Feedbacks on customer complaints could be provided within time required on request for urgent cases.
